Average stay with MINOR issues.
poor cleaning rude staff
It had some downsides. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly every day. I needed to ask for toilet paper once. not getting a free à la carte meal during the week felt cheap. The staff at the theme park were not friendly, and the weight restrictions were handled rudely.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful! The food court offered many varieties, the quality was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the large and comfortable room. I liked the daily shuttle bus to Rixos Premium with its private beach.
The main bar had limited seating areas.

The hotel had great facilities. I enjoyed the well kept pool and gym. the proximity to the park and the large shopping area, with many terraces and restaurants, added significant value.

the room was super clean and included modern amenities. the shower was excellent. beds and pillows were comfortable. the food was AMAZING!!! there were many options.
finding a place to sit outside was difficult.
